Shipping to a P.O. Box:

If you have chosen to ship your item or items to a P.O. Box, the delivery service must be provided by the USPS. " No Exceptions ". Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO Box May include Additional fees.

All Orders with a value of $850.00 or More will be shipped as " Signature Required ".

In the event that you have entered the incorrect shipping address, We strongly advise you to IMMEDIATELY give us a call @ our Sale & Orders Dept right after purchase, If the customer has failed to

If you DO NOT request a signature requires service in the “Additional Order Information” field during your checkout and your Order is shown as “DELIVERED” on a courier's website, We at Switch Tower Hobbies, and the COURIER assume NO FURTHER RESPONSIBILITY REGARDING THE LOCATION OF THE PARCEL. You may contact our Sales & Orders Department for any assistance, however, we cannot guarantee that a claim will be granted, nor can we guarantee that a parcel will be found after it has been “DELIVERED”. If you believe your parcel has been stolen after it has been delivered, you must contact the local authorities for further assistance.

Oversized and or Overweight Packages:

All orders that are Overweight or Oversized will include additional shipping charges as imposed by all shipping couriers that we @ Switch Tower Hobbies provide { FEDEX, UPS, & USPS }.

Refusal of Parcels:

Customers who refuse the delivery of a parcel for any reason, whatsoever, after purchase and the item or items are shipped, The Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping fees incurred to and from your destination, as well as a 15% restocking fee. You will be refunded the appropriate amount for any refused delivery. We at Switch Tower Hobbies put a lot of time, effort, labor and materials into every parcel that we ship to you.
